How many people can Ranch Creek Log Home accommodate?

Ranch Creek Log Home offers spacious accommodations that can comfortably host 16 guests, up to 18 if children are comfortable on the day bed and twin trundle.

Are there nearby outdoor activities and attractions?

Absolutely! Ranch Creek Log Home is located close to various outdoor activities and attractions, such as hiking trails, fishing spots, and scenic viewpoints, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature’s beauty. World class Winter Park Resort is just 15 minutes away and the beautiful town of Grand Lake with the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is 40 minutes. The town of Fraser is less than 10 minutes from the house and has a large grocery store, great parks for kids, a beautiful rec center with an indoor pool and climbing wall, ice skating, tubing and more.

Is the location of Ranch Creek Log Home private and secluded while being accessible?

Yes, Ranch Creek Log Home offers a private and secluded location, nestled in a mountain forest. Located just 3.4 miles from Fraser, the roads are well mainted.  The final portion of the drive is on gravel road.  In the winter, 4 wheel drive may be helpful but should not be necessary as they do an excellent job plowing.  There is a heated garage for 2 vehicles. You can enjoy the tranquility and peace of nature without any interruptions.

What amenities are provided at Ranch Creek Log Home?

Ranch Creek Log Home offers a range of amenities for your comfort and convenience, including a private hot tub, wood burning cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor spaces with gas grill and fire pit, arcades and ping pong, and much more. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy a memorable stay in the mountains.

How do I book and what is the cancellation policy if my plans change?

Please use our BOOK NOW page and enter your dates to check availability. In order to hold the booking, a 50% deposit is required. Free cancellation for 48 hours. 50% refund if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

What are the fees?

There is a $500 cleaning fee per stay and 6% tax for county lodging, county sales, and state sales tax. Great news is that by booking directly, all 3rd party booking fees are eliminated!

Are pets allowed?

We are so sorry. We love pets, but they are not allowed due to the fast turnover and cleaning required for the next set of guests.

What happens if we have an issue during our stay?

Any issues, Brennan and his property management team at Headwaters Property Services are literally less than 5 minutes away.
